On the occasion of the celebrations organized at Villa Bardini by Associazione Culturale Pinocchio di Carlo Lorenzini for the 137th anniversary of the world’s most famous puppet, the progress of the European project Campo dei Miracoli was presented,.

Falling exactly in the middle of this important biennial course of growth and social inclusion, aimed at people with disabilities, the meeting provided an opportunity to realize what has been done in these first 12 months of work and to announce some of the important innovations that covered the second year of the project, such as the extension of activities to people with autism and depression as well as the departure of new laboratories that, in addition to those currently being goldsmith, horticulture and journalistic editing, and guided tours in the historic gardens, will leave space also for artistic and musical expression on the wake of what has been developed so far by the Spanish project partners.

During the meeting there was also the circular economy and creativity workshop , open to children and adults with Down syndrome and not, where Pinocchio was the protagonist of a series of objects made with materials of recycling deriving from textile production and leather goods.
